I will definitely be taking it, as last year's class was one of my favorite classes I've ever taken. I learned so much and everyone in the class was so inspirational and giving and even after the class was over the postings in the group went on and on. If you can take the class, do so, because you definitely will be glass you did. Here is one of the drawing I made in last year's class.<br />

I just put three sets of greeting cards up on Etsy. I love these cards! They are bright and colorful and happy. The insides are blank so you can use them for any occasion. I started thinking about it two years ago, but never put anything in it until just the other day. I'm not sure what took me so long. Maybe my insecurities. Here are a few of the paintings I added in the last couple days.<br />

This is a journal painting done in the style of Teesha Moore. I love these paintings because they are so relaxing to work on. This panel has the deep sides and they are all journaled on as well.Susan Goodellhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12314901548265409186noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5698715522510661812.post-8294795575483433652011-11-11T13:59:00.001-05:002011-11-11T14:02:09.442-05:00Barb-beeI have been away from blogging for a while, but hopefully I'm back to post on a regular basis. It was a workshop put on by <a href="http://smallstudio.typepad.com/">Ginny Carter Smallenburg</a>. She is hosting workshops all through the summer. If you're in the area or want to take a trip to Cleveland, be sure to check out her <a href="http://smallstudioproductions.com/Workshopseries/index.html">website</a> for the workshops. You will surely have a great time. Later this summer I will be taking workshops with Teesha Moore, Ingrid Dijkers and Lynne Perrella. I may even sign up for some with Keith Lobue too. I can't wait. </div><br /><div>This little bug guy doesn't want to photograph well at all. It's one of four projects I made in class. I'm still painting and finishing up the others, so I'll post pictures when I'm finished. The bug looks like he's made of pewter in real life. I think I'm going to write "Bugweiser" on his bottle cap hat. Ever since I came home I've been looking at everything I see in a whole new light and imaging ways I can make it into a toy.</div>Susan Goodellhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12314901548265409186noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5698715522510661812.post-89562817869705177322009-11-25T09:58:00.003-05:002009-11-25T10:01:07.364-05:00Nature Girl<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjSqT7Sq6uO4j2Yo2jF1J_ClrV165C-AsqqiS_pQySSjbs1HPJpds1Jj1xjRnZuy7d_0Mq1FUKYZ6TMT6o_NbhW0ZbHQ_9rgJp0U3ag-RcUZ_KOYLG19xNCiWD-MzMI2s5rXqEFkfDWmSOI/s1600/Current+Projects+060.JPG"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 242px; height: 320px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjSqT7Sq6uO4j2Yo2jF1J_ClrV165C-AsqqiS_pQySSjbs1HPJpds1Jj1xjRnZuy7d_0Mq1FUKYZ6TMT6o_NbhW0ZbHQ_9rgJp0U3ag-RcUZ_KOYLG19xNCiWD-MzMI2s5rXqEFkfDWmSOI/s320/Current+Projects+060.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5408055945197685282" /></a><br />I'm still taking the Painting Layers class with Misty Mawn and this week we did collage. I tend to want to paint over everything or rip it up if I don't like it and I'm trying to teach myself to work through the problems.Susan Goodellhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12314901548265409186noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5698715522510661812.post-12171581091337036422009-09-12T19:38:00.002-04:002009-09-12T19:44:03.016-04:00Finally a New Painting.<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj1UeytR7DRp-K0pS-pi73aCR7fLNjbXihiutYDHV78bqmbP2wIvc6803apD2U80RxCW_zg0YR5yOBB3Oaea_oIzBgW7TSVppHRSBBxJJdEDhfYi0k0UvnYD0XJ1RHABtR-bm8JVDR7M7Q8/s1600-h/Current+Projects+040.JPG"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj1UeytR7DRp-K0pS-pi73aCR7fLNjbXihiutYDHV78bqmbP2wIvc6803apD2U80RxCW_zg0YR5yOBB3Oaea_oIzBgW7TSVppHRSBBxJJdEDhfYi0k0UvnYD0XJ1RHABtR-bm8JVDR7M7Q8/s320/Current+Projects+040.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5380730069173252850" /></a><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhDtA1T3bkWuTf0P-Ba_IyfEUq9VRE3vUi9-tI3nddpOSv3WEOImQr344zLwEzmroBUfmxNm1B8pgDSDJEXuUDCk9wg1n2SH-h-OcnqhFz0uPIyBry5vNaoXdFYoAdrUYGLgARNgWYLm5ci/s1600-h/Current+Projects+039.JPG"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 158px; height: 320px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhDtA1T3bkWuTf0P-Ba_IyfEUq9VRE3vUi9-tI3nddpOSv3WEOImQr344zLwEzmroBUfmxNm1B8pgDSDJEXuUDCk9wg1n2SH-h-OcnqhFz0uPIyBry5vNaoXdFYoAdrUYGLgARNgWYLm5ci/s320/Current+Projects+039.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5380730062121731986" /></a><br /><br />Finally I've had some time to work on a new painting. I was goofing around with some Golden Glass Bead Gel in the hair and I used Golden Molding Paste in the background to create the animal skin texture. This painting has lots of glitter, which doesn't really show up here and lots of rhinestones on the skirt. Although it's not exact, I feel I at least captured the likeness. I love Frida and her story. If you haven't seen the movie made about her life, I highly recommend it. Salma Hayek played Frida and she was wonderful. I am also working on adding multiple transparent layers in the background. Here I have about four or five different layers.Susan Goodellhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12314901548265409186noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5698715522510661812.post-84059022215135181672009-08-11T19:29:00.002-04:002009-08-11T19:34:51.726-04:00Another Portrait Journal Page<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiW2OmWz6TpHIb5IHwduOwSemavtqfmlhev2LH5LKVad9ZZ3C_P-1vephaEtAvIlq77a61e1PiF4KhQqCMshJvwlxi3BgbXZGOFPDRZr0ioESbVwa6KNRBZMmqdmOQ1nCk8pdf-ejHZF40E/s1600-h/Current+Projects+035.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 254px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5368852821894939362" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiW2OmWz6TpHIb5IHwduOwSemavtqfmlhev2LH5LKVad9ZZ3C_P-1vephaEtAvIlq77a61e1PiF4KhQqCMshJvwlxi3BgbXZGOFPDRZr0ioESbVwa6KNRBZMmqdmOQ1nCk8pdf-ejHZF40E/s320/Current+Projects+035.JPG" /></a> Here is another portrait journal page. This one incorporates dripping some of the paint down the page. I dripped the eye color onto her cheeks and neck and also let the fushia paint drip all hrough the background. This is my favorite portrait so far. I like everything about her except after I uploaded the photo, I saw that her eyes are totally different sizes. The strange thing is I hadn't even noticed it until after I uploaded the photo.<br /><div></div>Susan Goodellhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12314901548265409186noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5698715522510661812.post-60415125638337909462009-08-07T18:32:00.005-04:002009-08-07T22:51:24.940-04:00More Portrait Moleskine Journal Pages<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgmk8AM5btVuNmcEDf-99U2PCX-tBB6rxuzqktvyFBhOmXUn1xMQkVW_yNergEsJHay18Kzbx9A3DvLK-IzWmphX7HpPzkxPhex84esm1xCKZmjSY6atFRMFedJp12il-jbyzqyRsfVGsdN/s1600-h/Portrait+2.jpg"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 251px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5367419967819186610" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgmk8AM5btVuNmcEDf-99U2PCX-tBB6rxuzqktvyFBhOmXUn1xMQkVW_yNergEsJHay18Kzbx9A3DvLK-IzWmphX7HpPzkxPhex84esm1xCKZmjSY6atFRMFedJp12il-jbyzqyRsfVGsdN/s320/Portrait+2.jpg" /></a><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgz7jEn8Z68hGKe7Ov5xgmgJmy-gXshDMEW6UkMmjhgrgAjh9ytJV4BCs92aYcQaqPSQAEjKFpgn5dt_NQf1LaqY-3VYaXHm2UQiAJ_4SXnCJR2PEK5I87821fM22MCS2mFFa14Z4HtkUxH/s1600-h/Portrait+1.jpg"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 254px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5367419962913233730" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgz7jEn8Z68hGKe7Ov5xgmgJmy-gXshDMEW6UkMmjhgrgAjh9ytJV4BCs92aYcQaqPSQAEjKFpgn5dt_NQf1LaqY-3VYaXHm2UQiAJ_4SXnCJR2PEK5I87821fM22MCS2mFFa14Z4HtkUxH/s320/Portrait+1.jpg" /></a> <div><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVFjWTOxGAATphkdjv6NnXCT9sN-pIqkM9lWG8YZPcWnoa60ReJ0ckh8h1hNh4EUV4o22bX1iTpuKU5p4fzBlXn3YyD8S_q2sNy-ryTwbSAkmXUjhoHhkhcjylOt0d_QERSy7Uh_ZQNA7-/s1600-h/Current+Projects+027.JPG"></a>I'm still working on my portraits from the class with Suzi Blu. I have been drawing faces almost every night and I think I see some improvement. The old saying is true, "Practice makes perfect." These are the last two portraits I have completed in my Moleskine. It is surprising how strong the pages are. I used to gesso them and then paint on them, but during this class we drew and painted directly on the pages. I have done them back to back and none of the paint or ink has bled through and, as you can see, I used many layers. It's been a fun class. I'm sorry to see it come to an end.<br /><br /><br /><br /><div></div></div></div></div>Susan Goodellhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12314901548265409186noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5698715522510661812.post-5256980959673976812009-07-30T19:38:00.006-04:002009-07-30T21:10:10.132-04:00Inky Impressions 2nd Design Team Call<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 302px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5364406685147072738" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj0t4OalG2Y-Ej3KBT6lKLkW-ScD3tRKJtncv2GGHMpU4iYQKjzgqNFPQ22V_uWiqJPt_skFIb7RVtouYwlshXYGStbz8INzz5nbbJ2Oy2jCvvhmym4i1dILwh0mIAcrBwxci7_GDLY5fRK/s320/Current+Projects+022.JPG" /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiqhIGfl55ajYbgXu0Et-kXmCD68RTjo3e1TsM0sTWwc_8t2vCt7P9-JxQyV-vJ4rU0kXur8HCr7AwBeS5-L12WX4FJi5LotCVf5gd925vq61F2JH24rVnY16zoZ3vD4M22VsrxwTK2Qk_a/s1600-h/June+08+116.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 139px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5364406692993950434" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiqhIGfl55ajYbgXu0Et-kXmCD68RTjo3e1TsM0sTWwc_8t2vCt7P9-JxQyV-vJ4rU0kXur8HCr7AwBeS5-L12WX4FJi5LotCVf5gd925vq61F2JH24rVnY16zoZ3vD4M22VsrxwTK2Qk_a/s320/June+08+116.JPG" /></a><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjVtjYSLRUmlpQZX6hlUyxNYksK9MtgvTfU4gE3n9krmYGn-QoK3dOuhqqQyTpxsIJuVJ_wD3awgyZP7Ly3Ym98XvIXwUmCF31WDo0ju5RbRVH5DXHILiGCBcG3Ukca03cKShNd9Zgpz0gS/s1600-h/June+08+117.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 243px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5364406688971636914" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjVtjYSLRUmlpQZX6hlUyxNYksK9MtgvTfU4gE3n9krmYGn-QoK3dOuhqqQyTpxsIJuVJ_wD3awgyZP7Ly3Ym98XvIXwUmCF31WDo0ju5RbRVH5DXHILiGCBcG3Ukca03cKShNd9Zgpz0gS/s320/June+08+117.JPG" /></a><br /><a href="http://www.inkyimpressionsrubberstamps.blogspot.com/">Inky Impressions </a>Rubber Stamps is having their 2nd Design Team Call. All submissions are due by August 3rd, 2009. My submissions are above. The first is a card made with an <a href="http://www.inkyimpressionsrubberstamps.blogspot.com/">Inky Impressions </a>LiLi's secret stamp. I stamped the girl on canvas, then colored her in using Coptic markers. After that I sewed her into a little doll and put a magnet on her back. Another magnet was hidden between the layers of the card so that it is not visible, but the doll sticks to the front of the card. The doll then becomes a very cute refrigerator magnet.</div><div></div><div>My second submission is an altered project I did about a year ago that turned out fabulous. I painted an old small dresser with wicker white paint, then I covered the fronts of the drawers with Basic Grey papers. I then cut squares of the same papers and glued them to the top, making a kind of faux inlay tile look. To finish it off I stamped a few Basic Grey images on the papers for added depth. I love it and it is proudly displayed in my hallway near the entrance to my house. </div><div></div><div>There are so many fabulous ways you can use rubber stamps that are often overlooked. You can use them for cards, scrapbooking, home dec items and even on fabric or as little added elements to journal pages or paintings.<br /></div><div><br /><br /><br /><div></div></div>Susan Goodellhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12314901548265409186noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5698715522510661812.post-4954246006644368852009-07-24T16:38:00.002-04:002009-07-24T16:43:06.356-04:002nd Portrait - A Boy<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiNl3ZnmpinJ_X0bqME2C9TDr3_gt9zad3ypNFrMaGKq7Zi-hJKuzo63VdC0FUu4dSKoWBUbxY8KlYFVxVyHOz9NiS5ib59et_cUQff-Hj0VSZJ4-NtfuOi2a3Y3ggc7UPBL3dDYYIINTrG/s1600-h/Current+Projects+014.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5362129014817725266" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiNl3ZnmpinJ_X0bqME2C9TDr3_gt9zad3ypNFrMaGKq7Zi-hJKuzo63VdC0FUu4dSKoWBUbxY8KlYFVxVyHOz9NiS5ib59et_cUQff-Hj0VSZJ4-NtfuOi2a3Y3ggc7UPBL3dDYYIINTrG/s320/Current+Projects+014.JPG" /></a><br />Here's my second portrait in my moleskine for my Suzi Blu portraits class.<br /><div></div>Susan Goodellhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12314901548265409186noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5698715522510661812.post-71087660008722996052009-07-24T11:43:00.003-04:002009-07-24T16:42:10.417-04:001st Portrait - A Girl<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihXLMfOfRB2vkfA_5-n8NGOIgoyCLYfOBY7GPCdFZqbOAKspQpLI46_aIUaLMEIy5aWa8xp6IuGziw73gsPNoORPMxFq9b34s4KfPKMvH2ciP8w7AFkqqUc25gMoh15ClQ6YLbKhJh3nBL/s1600-h/Current+Projects+013.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5362053650601439090" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihXLMfOfRB2vkfA_5-n8NGOIgoyCLYfOBY7GPCdFZqbOAKspQpLI46_aIUaLMEIy5aWa8xp6IuGziw73gsPNoORPMxFq9b34s4KfPKMvH2ciP8w7AFkqqUc25gMoh15ClQ6YLbKhJh3nBL/s320/Current+Projects+013.JPG" /></a><br /><div>I've been talking Suzi Blu's portraits class and Lesson 2 involved drawing a portrait in our Molskine journal, shading first with graphite and then shading the face with colored pencils. Since I haven't collaged them down yet, tell me which way you like it better, with or without the words and then in a few days I will decide what to do.<br /><div></div></div>Susan Goodellhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12314901548265409186noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5698715522510661812.post-88493932361612946302009-07-17T20:41:00.003-04:002009-07-17T20:49:51.872-04:00Backgrounds<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJ2-RFjKI7-Wogvvvo7w5N0zpvxuMiY5mzju1mxKVEZHGrRmbBnXtTbhzSooIoa5pbbhjc5cFptkHdx-1ump0P-2r0oht5BlDn6obUqBulaNA81_58Jz9JDh8-bbdcOF_cQ1M5ljeyz15z/s1600-h/Current+Projects+002.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 238px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5359594972942442962" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJ2-RFjKI7-Wogvvvo7w5N0zpvxuMiY5mzju1mxKVEZHGrRmbBnXtTbhzSooIoa5pbbhjc5cFptkHdx-1ump0P-2r0oht5BlDn6obUqBulaNA81_58Jz9JDh8-bbdcOF_cQ1M5ljeyz15z/s320/Current+Projects+002.JPG" /></a><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgFoN3rivKEwF-j4MkgsrYfoeKNfEba9uEEsiMZgj4hFKLEAWCORGi0Pk4hjsk5cHNQJoCQm9CBWHSoeN-yjr8uSbN9A_vaT-WUNhV4w2mw0UgyyqY7U8yxqoanDho_NnXu-6WgrslsGITh/s1600-h/Current+Projects+003.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 231px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5359594961347185522" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgFoN3rivKEwF-j4MkgsrYfoeKNfEba9uEEsiMZgj4hFKLEAWCORGi0Pk4hjsk5cHNQJoCQm9CBWHSoeN-yjr8uSbN9A_vaT-WUNhV4w2mw0UgyyqY7U8yxqoanDho_NnXu-6WgrslsGITh/s320/Current+Projects+003.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhcFsdlxa5D9x0nz-MO3NDG4utLC29KlF3qLXu7DWdbeBYNqxMVIEBrlJ8v_MXMvsQLSQeOr4AimF5dlZADfg0quz38hNPNJm7viY8LZJKkMWWbQma95BAv3pJ_kVG6mOgd3UbBlprsSOlm/s1600-h/Current+Projects+006.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 243px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5359594955943916642" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhcFsdlxa5D9x0nz-MO3NDG4utLC29KlF3qLXu7DWdbeBYNqxMVIEBrlJ8v_MXMvsQLSQeOr4AimF5dlZADfg0quz38hNPNJm7viY8LZJKkMWWbQma95BAv3pJ_kVG6mOgd3UbBlprsSOlm/s320/Current+Projects+006.JPG" /></a> I'm still busy with work so I haven't done much painting for the last week or so. I have managed to play around with some backgrounds, which is a good way to relieve stress, especially when you have no expectations, just playing around with paint to see what you might come up with. So here are three canvases that I have ready to begin painting on and hopefully next week I'll be able to start them. Until then...<br /><br /><br /><div></div></div></div>Susan Goodellhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12314901548265409186noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5698715522510661812.post-22630647363414060592009-07-13T22:00:00.003-04:002009-07-13T22:07:30.142-04:00Journal Page From The Past<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsoczx93zo_vgzFGMA_39A7HeTfvIe_3kiQsgCMz66PBKrkmv79SmFkLJndBs6zfI2nQKsnYfj6vnUDw5P61Yq9S9AZJm_lRFXDK8IwEiKFHdiof3vn5NeFWCEnSIrKtobDJB2_gWcRzlI/s1600-h/Current+Projects+012.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 261px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5358130069683422978" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsoczx93zo_vgzFGMA_39A7HeTfvIe_3kiQsgCMz66PBKrkmv79SmFkLJndBs6zfI2nQKsnYfj6vnUDw5P61Yq9S9AZJm_lRFXDK8IwEiKFHdiof3vn5NeFWCEnSIrKtobDJB2_gWcRzlI/s320/Current+Projects+012.JPG" /></a> I've been busy with work lately, so not a lot of time to create. I thought I'd post a journal page I did about a year ago when I first started art journaling. It was a time when everything was going wrong, or so it seemed, so I journaled that every black cloud has a silver lining. <br /><br />I've started a couple new pieces. Hopefully this week I'll get some time to work on them and I'll post them soon. I'm also starting Suzi Blu's portrait class on Wednesday, so I'll be busy with that too.<br /><div></div>Susan Goodellhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12314901548265409186noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5698715522510661812.post-53225563917360829952009-07-08T09:26:00.003-04:002009-07-08T09:29:26.927-04:00Ice Cream Journal Page<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJF_e1gxsv4aUTklP85i2UJH0Q3JNESn_Sm7no6xIkSleU7aRnqTeEIGPzpFV3pkrPRyKoqPKyzrLr1UejxrUGWnmOJSgHIMFvGu5X3W1XDh85V2fpMgJdqs_JCctUsijiR2dLrczpG3AJ/s1600-h/Current+Projects+010.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 256px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5356080529891441282" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJF_e1gxsv4aUTklP85i2UJH0Q3JNESn_Sm7no6xIkSleU7aRnqTeEIGPzpFV3pkrPRyKoqPKyzrLr1UejxrUGWnmOJSgHIMFvGu5X3W1XDh85V2fpMgJdqs_JCctUsijiR2dLrczpG3AJ/s320/Current+Projects+010.JPG" /></a><br /><div>Need I say more? </div>Susan Goodellhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12314901548265409186noreply@blogger.com3
